Project Ownership

The FootyMax project is owned and operated by Mais2 Digital, the company responsible for managing the platform, collected data, and all operations related to the service. Mais2 Digital acts as the data controller for users' personal data, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 - LGPD).

Free Service

FOOTYMAX is a free service. All features are available at no cost. You can use our platform without any payment or subscription required.

Personal Data Collection

When registering on the FootyMax platform, the user voluntarily provides personal data such as name, email address, country, and optionally, phone/mobile number. This data is collected to provide a better experience on the platform and for the purposes described in these Terms of Service.

Data Sharing with Third Parties

By accepting these Terms of Service, the user acknowledges and agrees that their personal data may be shared with commercial partners and third parties interested in leads from people with an interest in football statistics, sports analytics, and related content. Sharing may include, but is not limited to:

• Full name and email address;
• Phone/mobile number (when provided);
• Country of origin and language preferences.

Contact Channels by Partners

The user agrees that they may be contacted by email and/or phone/mobile by commercial partners of Mais2 Digital for the purpose of offers, promotions, and content related to football and sports statistics. Contacts made by third parties will follow LGPD guidelines.

Opting Out of Data Sharing

The user may, at any time, request the cancellation of the sharing and commercialisation of their personal data with third parties. To do so, simply send an email to contato@mais2digital.com.br with the subject line "Data Sharing Cancellation". The request will be processed within 15 (fifteen) business days of receipt.
