Project Ownership

FootyMax is owned and operated by M2 Digital, which acts as data controller in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Service Model

FOOTYMAX is a free service. All features are available at no cost to users.

Personal Data Collection

Users voluntarily provide name, email, country and optionally telephone number during platform registration.

Third-Party Sharing

User data may be shared with commercial partners interested in leads related to sports statistics and analysis, including contact information for promotional communications.

Data Sharing Cancellation

Users may request to stop data sharing by sending an email to footy_max@footymax.co.uk with the subject "Data Sharing Cancellation". Processing will be completed within 15 working days.
